Firstly a 12V battery is actually nearer 14V than it is 12 anyway. Secondly I would guess that as soon as you put some load on the dropper that the voltage will drop a bit, so I would expect that the cool box will be fine on that dropper. I would doubt an extra volt or two would damage a cool box anyway to be honest.

I would think so. The TV should have something on it which gives you a clue as to power requirements - it’ll either be quoted in amps (A), watts (W) or possibly in VA which are roughly the same as watts.

I run my coolbox straight from the 12v hella socket in the cab
My 150 watt invertor powers my 14’’ colur and a dvd player without any problems

Hella? Is that what the 12v socket i’ve got in my Axor is called. I;ve been looking for a plug for it but not found one yet.
Still cant work out this quote stuff,
Oops I just did it.
