Looking at buying the waeco tropicool TC14, looks like it would be ideal for the job has anyone used this and what is it like?
also what fridges or coolerboxes are you using if you truck didnt come with a fridge!
Any suggestions etc much appriciated!

how long are you away for?
it is only a 14 litre fridge, you may find that the larger ones, such as the TC35 would be better for you if you are away all week
Not away all week.
i think the 35 would be too big in honesty and take up too much space in the truck compared to the 14.
Its primary use will be to keep milk, drinks, fruit, chocolate etc etc cool. Wont be storing food in there yet as i dont have either a burner or a microwave and not decided which way to play it yet. But to be fair i still think the 14 would cover it as im not out all week.
I’ll give you my one out of the kitchen. It’s a 50/50 combo about 6ft tall. I reckon if you try hard enough you should be able to squeeze it onto the catwalk bud!

do you have a wall mount bracket for it, i could be seriously interested!
ended up getting one really cheap at halfords, not what i wanted really but the mrs convinced me… bad idea… ill see how i get on with it over the next couple of weeks and if its terrible itll go back without her knowing and i shall purchase the tropicool on the sly!
I’m sure I can dig out a steel Universal Beam for you to use as part of the deal!
Cheap sounds a bad idea, remember this for the future, it may be one of a handful of arguments where you can say I told you so! Treasure it and use that argument wisely!
Halfords? Hmmmmm not sure about that choice bud, got to at least give the independent motorist shop the first dibs
Keep your link for the tropicool, as I reckon you may need it. That’s such a cool trade name too!
