Somebody in the Hereford area has taken delivery of some 11 plate MANS. Saw one this morning at 0310 on the 4103 heading Worcester bound, and another at about 4ish on the 49 heading north. Also a 680 Topline 4x2 on Irish 11KE plates whilst sat on the side on the A55, waiting a new tyre for the wagon.
