100 question on test

First of all please let me give you a BIG HELLO to everyone on this forum. I’m a fresh cat b driver with cat C in progress.
At the moment I’m waiting for my medical and then I’ll be applying for provisional.
I’ve done a mock test today of a 100 questions and I pass. I had 13 questions wrong. I’m wondering if this 100 question being picked from a bank of questions just like on theory for cat B or is it just a same set of 100 question for everyone ■■
I’ve got a book to learn theory but I don’t have a DVD. Does everyone of you have a DVD and want to sell it or let me borrow so I can copy it ■■

AWESOME. Thanks chaps …

For a few pounds there are phone/tablet apps that help you study and revise for HGV theory test. They claim to have almost every official question in their data bank, and from my experience they weren’t far off. They enable you to take mock tests, mark questions you are unsure about to revisit later, select only from questions you have failed on previously and so on.

This all helps you concentrate on the areas where you’re having trouble, and not waste time on the stuff you’re comfortable with.

I used one of these apps for study and I got 99/100 on the test. The one I got wrong was, I think, one of the rare ones that I don’t recall seeing in the app during my studies.

Agree! I used one of those apps, and got 100%. I would recommend this way of learning.

I clicked the link in ROG’s post, and went through some of the tests.
A lot were pretty straightforward/obvious if you already have a licence of some kind (motorycle, car, invalid carriage, television…)
And a lot were repeats of other other signs/questions, just worded slightly differently, eg, “you’re approaching a side road to turn left and there’s a cyclist just ahead, what do you do” followed several questions later by “you’re approaching a side road to turn left and there’s a motorcyclist just ahead, what do you do”
