if i dont do any 10 hour drives in week 1 take friday and sat as week rest can i do a 10 on sunday, monday and tuesday? or is it now like the 15 spread over between weekly rest periods? all other drive and breaks are fine its that weekend rest and working sunday that may have cought me out this week

Yes, the first of those three will be in week 1 and the other two in week 2 and as you allowed two a week there is no problem. You will not be able to do another however until at least the following Monday.
