1 x day, 2 x job suitability trialists

Fair or unfair?
Different days.

Why unfair?

Not sure I understand the question Global. What’s a job suitability trialist? Apart from something thought up by a muppet in a suit with a non job that is!

This is an imigrant post is it ?

Two candidates for a job are trialed on seperate days, the most suitable will get the job.

global:

And whats wrong with that ?

Ah, that clears that up then. Can’t see the problem tbh, I’m assuming that you perhaps think that the second day candidate will have an unfair advantage due to being freshest in the mind of the assessor? I suppose it could work that way, but the assessor would have to be poor at his/her job for that to happen. They will no doubt take notes and make observations throughout both days and tbh a quality candidate will always be head and shoulders above anyone else.

If the plank doing the assessing, can’t allow for the variables that occur on two separate days/runs, they shouldn’t be in charge of assessing a bowl of salad.

Fair.
