Well I’m pleased for his sake that he got off so lightly, but have to say that if he took the vehicle onto public roads he should have been banned.

Thats prob where his luck stayed with him because he was stil within the confinds of the port. lucky lady was hangging on the back door that day

yer i understand what you mean there nick, but after the police had dealt with him, they let him drive off !

so he did drive all the way back to widnes as a result, he was expecting the book to be thrown at him !

some 1 must have been looking down on him !

well if he had an accident then the port police would have been done and should still be done for aiding and abetting road traffic violation as they releaced him on to a public highway

yer i agree nick, but when he was pulled he had said he never had his license with him, thast why he was given 7 days to produce and let go, so i think the blame would be obviously on the driver, but nothing on the port police

as silly as it sounds yes you would, i have shown him this topic and he is relieved with just recieving 3 points and a £85 fine !!!
