I’m being made redundant this month 
I went & signed for ADR agency I’m looking forward to the new challenges that await me 
(note to self, Self don’t lose yer heid)
Some have good experiences with ADR, some have bad, don’t put all your eggs in 1 basket if you’ve got bills to pay, multiple agencies, you turning work down is better than having no work to turn down.
