Alfa,
Find a new boss !
Guys that wont pay live in the dark ages.
However the lay-bys in Beaconsfield fill up quite quick so I reckon that you will be far to late. But you used to be able to park on the old deserted road by the Rugby club in Beaconsfield , turn at the roundabout by the Saracens head and go 700yds down.
Park up outside Thames Water Works on the A413 towards Gerard’s Cross.

Only pays for valuable loads, then totally contradicts himself by saying he finds MSA’s just as likely to see theft as any industrial estate!
Tbf it’s only 1 maybe 2 nights a week.

Any problems getting a spot 7pm onwards you reckon?
I normally park at Henley road slough sl14jw . If im off to central london in the morning .Then there’s a tesco express .chippy can sit in if you like about 10 min walk away. Sl16le Burnham lane . If the walks to much you can drive it turn at the junction just before it n park half on pavement n road be fine for 10 mins.
Although just near there roads have changed a little and a low bridge so be careful. Beat stay on main road turn at side b q and follow sat nav
Saying that though if leaving at 2pm might be shut at think closes at 10 .

In a way I can see where he is coming from. I’d agree with him that it is just as likely that you’d be turned over in an MSA than on an industrial estate, probably even more so. However, if you have a receipt as proof that you have paid to park then if you are robbed then you are far less likely to have problems with the insurance company.
I’d give yourself about hour half an hour at least from slough. I go.round London fair bit in 26t beware lots low bridges. Esp if your going to waterloo station be lot railway lines around there
I think I’d stay on the 40 and go right through along Euston Road and past Kings Cross and over Blackfriars Bridge.
I reckon that virtually wherever you stop it is going to be very difficult to make an 8am delivery in Waterloo while at the same time observing the curfew. The average speed of traffic in central london at that time of day is incredibly slow. Tell you boss to get off his arse and arrange a compliant route to the destination. It is his problem not yours.
