08 renault magnum trailer abs fault

Hi all

Renault magnum 2008 comes up with trailer abs on the dash which doesn’t go out at all plugged in with haldex info centre and It comes up with iso and cant remember the rest but when the iso lead is plugged in the trailer does not blow down whereas if you plug a different unit into the trailer then it blows down as it should also we tried a different suzie which did not have any effect any ideas what to try?

I would check the fuses for the trailer abs in the tractor unit firstly. Also is the abs socket on the tractor unit look ok? No broken or bent pins or damaged housing?

Is the trailer EBS, are there signs any functions are working?

Because of the way they secure with a metal clip it’s not unusual for heavyhanded drivers to damage the wiring connected to the back of the socket on the unit.
