02 network down

If your reading this you obv arnt on 02 lol
But yes it’s down people are panicking phoning local radio complaining they can’t cope.
Suppose it’s not good if you use Google map.
Personally who cares if it’s down get a life. We managed before mobiles .
Way people are complaining you’d think the world was going to end

im reading it on laptop (talk talk) at home , however my mobile is currently on emergency calls only .“3” network .bit of a bummer really as I am attending a funeral shortly and it would be handy to be able to contact others I am meeting en route :frowning:

We have no calls, texts or data for the whole family.
Nice quiet day ahead!!

O2 working fine here for data and calls…

Try switching your phone off and on again if it’s not working.

That probably won’t help anyone who’s on the O2 network.

Hey! O2! Have you tried switching your network off and on again??

I am glad about this for two reasons
1, I am not getting any texts
2, when my music stopped playing on the way in I thought my car radio had given up the ghost

It worked for a couple of guys in my place with O2 phones just before I posted this morning.

i knew there was a reason I kept my map books

Can’t see any of our vehicles on tracker either.

My personal phone is EE (a brilliant network). My work phone is O2 which is crap in comparison.

I wish all the networks would shut down for good

Wouldn’t affect me even if I was on O2 … no-one calls me apart from the PPI armpits … :frowning:

Calls (and texts) were largely unaffected anyway . It was the mobile data side of things that was borked. Mine was OK first thing but stopped working around 10am (although I must have lost call connectivity as well at some point as the office left a message on my voicemail around 1030 although my phone didn’t ring and there were no missed calls shown).

Suspect Tomtom uses O2 for their built-in connection as that was flaky as heck yesterday then wondered why i couldn’t text the office. Texts and calls were stuffed on giffgaff at least.

Electronic bus time tables down in London, who thought it was a smart idea to make timetables electronic anyway ffs [emoji23]

Our O2 mobiles have been working fine all day for making and recieving calls but we had a health visitor this morning and hers wasn’t? We don’t have internet access etc on our phones anyway, not that modern here in the Peaks!

Pete.

My O2 phone has been fine all day apart from data. I can call and receive but cannot send emails or texts. If the texts did send, they went three times
