Are you trying to imply or insinutate something by this comment? Somehow trying to throw shade on my achievement?
If so, then please take the time to fully expand on the problem you might have with me?
If not, then I’m puzzled as to why you would mention it at all when I have already stated that I got a grant from UC (for which I have already expressed my appreciation and gratitude)… I should also state that it wasn’t easy getting the grant, and I had to do a lot of work to even get to the stage of making an application.
I have had a very hard time since March 2020 being isolated and unable to do my previous job because of travel restrictions (without the benefit of the furlough grants, etc). It took a fair bit to pick myself back up, so I would really appreciate support, rather than what seems like a passive aggressive comment.
