Someone with the WhatsApp thingy should ask them what the hourly rate is before bonuses and see what their response is. I’m willing to bet that no hourly rate answer will be forthcoming; it will be lots of bluster about it depending on how many hours you work, how many loads you do, which shifts you work etc.
