Yes, I’d say cement bags go on a pallet too. I’ve never had them in a bulk bag.
If it’s going to be an issue, ask for some lifting straps, put them through the pallet and attach to the ends of the brick grab. But you’ll take a lot longer doing your drops.
As long as it’s not a piece of garbage pallet, and you don’t overdo the grab pressure, you should be fine.
