I’m not really upto speed on pensions so if I’m paying 40 pw salary sacrifice & a employers pension of £27 does that mean there’s £67 going into my pension , if not where the salary sacrifice going ? Ta

You should be able to get customer services number for your firms pension provider by asking HR.
They then in turn should be able to send you details of monies paid in from you/Employer etc etc.
