Sure ages ago read an article some council. Hired flat bed hgv with pop concert grade speaker set up on back and they drove it past the camps late nights early mornings at full blast and they soon moved on.
I’m 99% certain this happened someware few years back .
If it didn’t it would be a good way though to make them.move play loud music disturb there sleep
