That was sort of my point rob. It could be a good thing and not necessarily bad. If I was to be offered a position on more money with better t&cs, would that additional step of a second interview to secure the job be worth while. For £9 p/h and 70 hrs a week I would not be as interested as I am sure the management wouldn’t be either. That type of job would be for whoever walked through the door.

Wendy the coordinator she said one of her little tricks when assessing a new driver was to look at his finger nails, if they were clean it meant he looked after his wagon and that meant he was a good driver. :sunglasses:
