Hills finished about 5-6 years ago, they used to have their depot just off Penarth Road, in those days they had about 50 wagons. Latterly they moved down to the docks but finished not long after.
My father drove for them in the 60,s a BMC with Scammel coupling and then a Bedford on the Heinz contract. Used to do 50 drops a day and still be finished by 2pm!
