Happy to admit when I don’t know something…
Cant say ive seen one like it before, but I’m guessing it mean “arched bridge ahead”… would have been easier if it had a height limit attached though.

There was no arched bridge a head so I’m guessing something else
You don’t have priority over the curved road crossing your path.

Being at home and bored I looked through 147 pages of UK road signs on the net and it doesn’t appear anywhere!
Pete.
Presume you were on a dual carriageway and it means you can do a U turn.
looks like vandals have turned the sign upside down.

All the clues are there
You can make a U turn on the dual carriageway ahead simples.I’d say it’s pretty self explanatory what that sign means - that there is a link road between the two carriageways.

Strange how it doesn’t appear to be shown anywhere on the Highway Code listings, maybe it is too new!
Pete.

Your pictures explain it very well. The o.p. didn’t include any clues.
Who was it that said “a picture paints a thousand words”?
Not always true then!

Got asked about that sign by an assessor, hadn’t go a clue, he said you go by it a least twice a week on the way out of Leeds, still didn’t have a clue till he pointed it out where it was, haven’t seen one since.

I thought it meant ’ Gunslinger ahead ’
I thought it had something to do with dipper dave and his dodgy acts.
Elephant scratching arse on pole ahead
