Don’t know how long it has been on YouTube but a film purporting to be an expose of Senior TC Bells driving habits was brought to my notice and checking
TN’s archives it doesn’t seem to be have been mentioned on here yet which is a surprise.Now I am aware she is resigning next year but if this is her then I
think she should do us all a favour and sling her hook now.This film is classed as part one part two might even be hotter! If it wasn’t Bell then I think by now
it would have been removed and legal action begun against the filmers and for that reason I believe it must be her.
Any comments gentlemen and ladies.

If it’s her driving from her place of work up the M6 past the heinz factory area then yes it’s been done on here.

If you have an invitation for tea and biscuits and arrive for the meeting in cut off jeans and a tee shirt with a cartoon character on it, expect the meeting to be cancelled and charged for the next appointment to plead not have the license taken away .

Mrs Bell would have made a good social worker with her in charge there would have been fewer baby P cases she would not have had the wool pulled over her eyes with all the excuses that have been made over the years.

public interest and the greater good in exposing the hypocrite ?
I don’t think there was anything in the video that was shockingly reckless, in fact her driving was really not that much out of the ordinary, But what is unacceptable is her driving like that whilst holding an office that can sometimes be over pedantic with the rules - she should have resigned immediately.
I have just read she is standing down next spring (nothing to do with the video) presumably retiring.
