It’s clear enough exactly what’s mean’t by 4th Reich in this case.But unlike the 3rd Reich this agenda is all about imposing it by stealth,corruption and by infiltration of governments not with tanks and guns and bombing anyone into submission ( so far ).Calling it fiction when it’s fact obviously fitting the definition of stealth.
