Here’s a question.How can I find out the UK hours/driving regs from 1968 up to 1982 ? I have searched but to no avail.
My memory of this is that you were allowed to drive a maximum of 10 hours per day on a 14 hour spreadover, which must be followed by 10 hours rest. You were allowed to drive 60 hours per week and had to have a full 24 hour rest period in any seven days.
