A direct contrast to working for the type of [zb] outfit that would rather take off you than give you something.Only advice I would give to those drivers is to reciprocate by giving a 101% back, in terms of going that extra mile.
If crap firms would only realise this they would probably change their ■■■■ poor methods of man management.
As I’ve said countless times on here, they reap what they sow.
Spot on, yes the company showed their appreciation via a decent bonus (the genuinely humbling message of thanks alone the way it was delivered would have been enough, but the financial gesture was appreciated too), and yes a hundredfold, if you are lucky enough to work for such a company do your very best to ensure it prospers.
