Challenges to include: unsurfaced roads with huge cambers and trailer-magnet ditches; no help from the sat nav when you need it most, no mobile phone signal when you need it most, the crane, the nasty flying things, the weather, the slippery logs, the adders, the deer ticks.
But you will never, ever, be bored. And you’ll see the most scenic parts of the UK and meet some interesting folk on the forestry.
