Few realise that the nefarious Lisbon Treaty requires that at a future time to be determined, ALL member countries would have to adopt EU Corpus Juris to replace their previous legal system.That means that had we not voted Leave. the UK would eventually have been forced to give up our 1000+ year old system of English Common Law.
Juncker has said this week that if the UK accepts EU citizens can stay in the UK, or if the UK accepts any EU laws when it leaves that the UK must accept the overriding jurisdiction of the ECJ. They are desperate to ensure we do not leave even when we’ve left.
