You can also buy it on the internet before you go, P&O NSF did sell it in the freight office before sailing and knowing the Belgians I wouldn’t wait until Stefans to buy it.
I don’t think anybody has mentioned this yet, you only need a vignet to use the motorways, so coming into Zeebrugge you’d be OK to get it at the Total on the right just out of the port.
