It’s less than £500 a week then, even if all your 4 shifts are 12 hours. Plus when your on holiday those allowances and your OT will go out of the window leaving you with <£300 gross.
Poor.
Whats with all this shift allowance ■■■■■■■■? Just incorporate everything into the basic rate and stop being penny pinchers.

you can do an extra shift and still have 3 days off.overtime after 39 hrs cant be bad most want you to do 50-55 hrs before overtime.
