I would rather leave full time employment for better full time employment, If youve got the “EXP” look at work you may think suits you, put yourself out there , do job searches , my neighbour pays for a carer, the carer gets N.M.W, The agency bills the old lady17ph

I left full time employment last year aged 55 so i could pursue interests outside of work. i now work for mainline in Swindon driving for iceland, probably works out at a round 2 days a week which is enough for me. Busy just now till christmas then dead until March. this suits me as i dislike the dark morning and short days. long as you know what to expect and use them for your sake and not theirs, then it can be a good decision.
