I dont believe her.she was more than likely meeting someone for a fumble who she met online and got caught so lied through her teeth
Ms Moreau did not think her TomTom could be leading her down the wrong path.
‘I saw all kinds of traffic signs. First in French, then in German - Cologne, Aachen, Frankfurt,’ ‘Maybe, but I was just preoccupied.’ ‘I didn’t really notice anything was wrong until I suddenly arrived in Zagreb and realised that I was no longer in Belgium’
A spokesman for police in Belgium, who had been on the brink of launching a hunt for Ms Moreau after being alerted by her son, said: ‘This is an incredible story. These GPS systems cause problems from time to time but nothing like this. But this woman has done nothing wrong and we just have to believe her,’ he added

Surely she was driving without due care and attention! And parking up in a layby for hours! No doubt bang in the middle!
Belgie pleb!
That’s a fine example of why we call Belgiums empty heads they really should not be allowed out on their own.
All well and good to take the ■■■■ lads but she probly has the beginnings of Alzheimer’s or some such so you may want to tone it down a bit.
Well I am very impressed, no seriously I am, just think about this:-
1800 miles in 60 hours = 30mph AVERAGE SPEED wow and she stopped for a kip and several times for fuel
She is 67 years old, most crumblys around here struggle to get to 30mph let alone average it over such a distance
Did the police give her a breath test for drinking and driving?Sounds like she was having fun, did not stop to eat either.
I take my hat off to the old dear. she went on a jaunt, had a good trip out, hurt no one, didn’t run out of fuel, had no accidents, why do some on here want to hang her, what has she done wrong nothing whatsoever
On many occasions OAP`S have driven around the M25 several times after missing their junction, one guy was presumed missing, all day round and round untill the fuel runs out.

That is not the first time somthing like that has happened, an Iranian truck driver got on a cross channel ferry following his sat nav, he ended up in the Uk somewhere but was supposed to be in GIBRALTAR , the street name was the same, but wrong country.

I thought my mate put in the wrong postcode the other night; Arrived at Westfield, only for a suntanned secrurity guard to look at me like I was speaking foreign…
…I also wasn’t aware that vehicles delivering there were booked into the Daily Mail Crossword but he sat there looking at before raising the barrier.
