I know some firms have stopped putting phone numbers on tailboards to reduce the fake “stone hit my windscreen” complaints…

Bardon Aggs check your trailers for the highway maintenance stickers and won’t load you if you ain’t got it on on some jobs

Because those Highway/Motorway mantenance signs have some affect on legal situation with loading, waiting, working on roads - I just guess it’s easier for firm to reject some fines claims from council if right things are written on back or something like that… it somehow “helps” agains fines or permits or something…

It doesn’ t work - claimers just fix location, number plate, firm name and if really want - number is on some other place…
Another thing are those White and Cherry Red completely unmarked ones - thats harder to trace - smart boss…

reckon so
at a previous employers of mine the skip drivers were on roughly £100 a day before deductions,tipper drivers a little bit more and the grab drivers £130 ish.
