Wish I'd stayed at home

Of course it did Mark. I never associate with Cowboys, or drove inferior vehicles. Tonto AKA Jim. :unamused:

I like this one as well, very seasonal.

gd read nmm. brings back memories of my spell on mjm from redditch or might just make it as we used to call it . one trip from valencia 15 ton of glass on tilt trl had problem with range change on 113 scania so roger says do your best steve head up to caen . then just over border irun it went so rang thru to fitter he tells me take mag valves of behind cab swap over gd to go but high range only. gr8 32ton high range only . made it upto past larochelle where we used to get of for the rn 137 i think toward nantes then big bang pulls over cab up back injector pipe snapped of .no spares so just tried to block of the diesel spurting out . just up the road there was little shell station the guy was gd even closed he would come out and fill you up .so topped up both tanks . and knew my only chance was this time of night . there was one peage on new bit of m,way near nantes ihad to contend with . i pulled out the booth slowly with gearbox propshaft shaking and cloud of smoke behind me due to diesel chugging out over hot engine . nearly there i thought one obstacle now little village where it narrows at bottom of hill cant remember name now any ex spain guys know it . i hit that gap of the clock and prayed the ol girl would pull me up and over and with tremendous vibrations/shaking/me talking to her she did .made morning boat what a relief. pulls out pompy docks not even on m275 lilly law flashing lights hey driver u on fire no no isays im ok im going scania fareham for repairs just drove thru france no probs oh and im stuck in high range .the gd pair actually escorted me to scania fixed her up and roger gave me little bonus lol
