can i ask a question why do so many of ya have a downer on wil,i know wil ,not very well but he,s always been pleasent with me i know that he,s dedicated to his job and his truck he,s from a trucking family and theres only wil and his lass so if he,s got money to spend on someone elses truck so what.if i were in his situation id do the same.that sc transport t-cab was in my opinion the mutz nutz and this new one he,s got will be as good.i see trucks on this forum i think are pants but the drivers or owners think theyre great i choose not to post a comments on trucks i dont like cuz to be frank what do i know and what right do i have to slag off someones hard work just cuz it aint my cuppa tea.come on lads give the lad a break you cant deny the trucks he has are mint he,s got plenty of trophies to prove.as for spending all his time polishing and not working ive seen that new motor caked in crap.

sorry mate thats out of order, do you know why wil is off the tippers cuz i dont ,maybe the rates wernt great.ive seen plenty of blinged up tractors on tippers and some of em t-cabs, coles,toulson,maguire in there day, longthorne.and the amount of r and 4 series i see blinged up on tippers is unreal.
theres some good blokes on here that ive met and regard as friends thatv had a pop wil and im surprised as a few of ya drive very tasty motors i would of thought you lads would be the last to critacise him and would apprciate a show truck for what it is

Well said you two, I know Will and his family well, he has diesel in his blood, I was on the verge of reporting this thread to the moderator as I think it was too personnel. Some of the posts on here are school ground stuff. This forum is for Transport drivers and enthusiasts if you want to act like school kids go to bebo or facebook, I don’t know if some of you younger drivers know how lucky you are to have such a forum like this, I have 47 years behind the wheel and enjoy most of the posts, we never had anything like this in our days, don’t spoil it, don,t lose it. I agree mate - I’ve been using this forum for the last 4 years or so and in the last 6 months i’m saddened to see that way it’s gone. It used to be a great place for sharing interesting pics and stories, but increasingly it seems to be filled with people only interested in insulting each other or other people. Very sad, and I suspect that a lot of the old crowd will have been similarly turned off .

i think most of it on this post was just a bit of ribbing taking basically, maybe a “bit was close to the bone” but its a free country isnt it so they say and people are allowed to voice/write there opinions arnt they, will prob hasnt done anything wrong to anyone on here but thats life, few may be jealous of mr pringle a fair few wont be, but it is a forum where people come and voice there opinions and basically you wont change that,

i totaly agree with you carl i think most of it comes from gelousy! ive not known will that long but i know hes a good lad and most of the people on here have prob not even met the lad and there judgeing him from what other people have said and with regard to spending his own money on any truck so what! what has it got to do with anybody other than him what he does with his money i think you all should give him a break!

as daf man says he only be getting 27t payloads at most, most off the rates on bulk work are bare minimum as it is, and you cant keep a show truck in pristine unknocked condition on tipper work
Top bloke Will is, and bloody fair play to him for looking after his trucks and making them stand out!!
The old red beast T cab is one of my faves, and will live on!!!
I only hope to have a nice shiney truck of my own one day, and really feel proud of it.

Don’t know Will at all, and don’t care too much for T cabs either!
However i will agree with the sentiment that a T Cab on tipper work is as much use as a chocolate fire guard!!!
Yes Tinnelly ran some, Toulson had one, etc etc… BUT, i can guarentee you that these particular motors were at best been run at break even, at worst running at a loss with the rest of the fleet subsidising them.
But then why not, if you have 20 motors, with 17 running a profit, and 2 subsidising the 20th as a flagship and advertisment to the fleet■■? Depends on your view on trucks, maybe your gaffer see’s trucks as just a tool? In which case he will have tippers on 4 nights out as flat cab FM’s or narrow cab low roof MAN’s?
As an owner driver a T cab would be suicide, as part of a fleet, why not?
Same as a Longline i suppose, what practical puropose does a longline serve with our current legislation?.. .NONE!.. but this forum, and the world in genereal would be a more boring place without them!!!

Will does know about this thread, and others, he has read them and finds it amusing that people that he has never met are saying these things about him.
i have never met the guy, never spoken to him and also i have no opinion of what has been said on here apart from a couple of posts on this last page.
