I was talking to a heavy haulage driver whose company runs their own ■■■■■■ vehicles, and they are fitted with video, any driver taking the wee wee, cutting in and so on, the video get given to the police for further action.
The main raeson I started this post was to try & set up a ■■■■■■ company also but after reading the post I’m having another think about it. I’ve been interested in abnormal loads for many years ever since my dad worked at Dow-Mac Concrete at Tallington where they made bridge beams. They had 6x4 ERF’s which I can remember coming down High Street in Stamford then having to take up most of RedLion Square to get round the corner. If anybody has a copy of the first edition {I think} of the Observers Book of Commercial Vehicles turn to the ERF page & you can see one in the High Street.
