LEGAL WTD EXAMPLE where driving time does not go over 4.5 hourswork 6 hrs
break 15 mins
work 6 hrs
break 15 mins
work 2 hrs
break 15 mins
work 15 minsThink you made a mistake ROG.
Where
Which WTD rule has been broken in my example - I guarantee none have
I think they think it is because it is more than 9hrs work without 45 minutes of breaks. 15 minutes up to 6hrs, 30 minutes in total up to 9hrs, 45 minutes if you do over 9hrs. As long as that 15 minutes is taken between 9hrs and near shift end then good to go. You don’t need to take it as soon as you hit 9hrs 01m
Take breaks when unloading on multidrop, then when everything’s off, take your break with tacho on working time on your way home.
I can’t possibly /condone/condemn the above the statement…
