Whole UK Motorways covered

I done the M48 earlier but I did come off but got back on at the same junction does that count ?

I do the M2 from end to end every time I run from Dartford to Canterbury.
Also, the M26 from the M20 to the M25 pretty much going nowhere in particular, other than “West”. :stuck_out_tongue:

You don’t win no prizes for having traversed the A635(M) seeing as OP said (M) A roads “count”… :smiling_imp:

I’ve done the M2, M20 & M26

Forgot to add M23

(Even though no one really cares )

Very bottom of the M5 to the top of the M73. So the whole M5, most of the M6 and most of the M74.

A.

weeto:
The A14(M) north and south more times than I care to remember, pathetic I know.
And I’m sure I will be using it in the morning.

They do say everyday is a school day. All the times I’ve done the A14 and not once did I realise it was, any where along it, a motorway.

Live and learn.

I do the m45 most days and sometime 5-6 times a day !!

the M23, M11, M2 i think thats probably it

I did the whole length of the M10 several times over the years, and didn’t stop for a break on it either.

Pete.

I’ve just finished doing the M49 from start to finish.

Talking of the M11 - Where are the junctions 1,2, & 3?

The “Storm Drain” road that is now the A12 road from Hackney to Woodford - was never the M11 as far as I’m aware. I remember the old A102(M) from years ago which I think went at least to the hairpin tunnel bend at Hackney from the sun in sands junction with the A2 on the south side of the blackwall tunnel (before rochester way by-pass was built even!) The bit after that to woodford was a massive building site I remember throughout the 90’s, but at no stage do I remember the track of this bit through all the flyunders etc. as being some kind of “M11 link road”.

So… If the junction with the north circular is J4 and it is the START of this motorway, then why did they leave the junction numbers making no sense at all for the years since?

I managed the A3M once.

Did the M69 both ways yesterday, bit windy on the way down. Think you know where this is heading…

So you managed to get to Brown town then?

Yep just for a second, took the wrong exit but found my way back up to Leicester Forest in the end.

Which UK Motorways have you covered end to end in a day (or on 1 trip where you’ve overnighted on your journey). You can include A (M) roads.

M63 was a bugger. :grimacing: lol

Apparently I’m the only driver here to traverse the entire M42, M48,(bald bloke didn’t count coz he pussied out half way  ) and the M54 Motorways too, I just realised I’m like a modern day Colombo (the explorer not the guy with the dodgy eyes)

Explains my love of potatoes (well, chips) I suppose.

It was Columbus not Columbo wasn’t it (smh)… Now you can see why I’m a lorryist eh?
