umm… think it was friday morning i passed harry monk west on the A30 just past launceston , & late that day was caught & passed quite quickly i may add by daidap going west on the M4 wales had a quick chat to say hello on the citizen band radio jobby , was a quick chat as i really need to meter up my set , & my voice was on it’s way out !
Seen the lad with the silver merc with gary in the window on Monday on the 62 by whitwood, seem volvofh12 (nick) on Friday and Saturday, seen turn bull (Simon) a few times in and about sea forth, the usual dag, jody, haulier, trev h what do you drive mate ?.

Saw Mr 8wheels rigid, so i take it, it was the man himself Friday at around 0845 on A12 heading London bound towards HP junction with a scissor lift and something else on board?!? 
Also forgot long time back saw The Southern Star on M4 heading Westbound around Junction 10. The Friday after Christmas Day, again take it was Mr Harry Monk behind the steering wheel.

You was heading towards Chelmsford going under the slip road bridge at the last Witham junction that leads onto the new Hatfield Peverel slip lane, definitely before 9am, as I was taking missus to get a hair cut at 9:00 whilst we was on holiday.
Looked like a scissorlift and something else, but I’ll take your word for it was a container, you know what you had on the load sheet.
Time to get myself to the optician’s haven’t been for two years last time they said I’d need glasses by now…They be right, no wonder they are so well paid and qualified! 
How embarrassing and I am still allowed to drive and work with my eyes!!!

Well as I recall, I got to Aldham near Colchester at 7.30 and had to wait for 20 mins or so for the container to be unloaded. By the time I’d lifted it and strapped it I’d have left there about 0815, a quick stop for fuel and I’d be at Hat.Pev about that time. Deffo not a scissor lift though In fact I can’t remember the last time I moved an access platform but I’ve a feeling it wasn’t on this wagon so we’re probably looking at 2 years ago.
My missus always says I look into the past too much, but not so good at looking into the present or future
You’ve just proved that fact to her now! It’ll be used against me for the rest of my life now!
Also it was a pleasure to meet you in person today, even though I too quickly, had to get back and crack on in that zb hole building for the rest of the day! You can tell I appreciate these type of sites with no welfare what so ever!
