Would love to know who keeps waving and flashing at me around the Wadebridge area in a bottle green flatbbed wag and drag (should probally take notice of the lorry next time for a name etc might give a bit of a clue lol) Anyone on here guilty??
Harry Monk:
I’ve met Dean, baldbloke, I won’t divulge the user names in case it gets them into trouble but a HATO at Exeter services, a driver at Bookers at Hatfield, a Dairy Crest driver at Michaelwood services last week, these are people I’ve actually spoken with, other people flash or wave and I sometimes know who they are from here and sometimes don’t.
That will be me mr monk hope you are we’ll graham
None of you on here want to meet me, trust me…
DaiDap:

He had you too eh…Spankys lottery,£10 first prize,only £20 a ticket![]()
Picture on here of his units being polished and I came up with a good line “you two polish that whilst I polish this off” something along those lines lol £10 with blood on it and a death threat came in the post, which soon was returned to owner as I was requested to by the police saying I had stolen the £10 from him.
He would do anything to get his money back!

FFS. That’s the 2nd one I’ve forgot. And you’ve actually sat in my truck!
Perhaps it’d be easier to list those I haven’t met.
I’ve met a few, Diesel Dave (tought me ADR), Lee G, airfix and a couple of other in passing.
Then I made the effort to go to Cannock and drink the free beer at the charity event (might have lost some money whilst I was there too, but I gained a pen…) and introduced myself to many, not sure who’d remember me and I was too drunk to remember most people. Lucy, Riki, Simon, gonzo and spanky stand out but it was a great night and hoping to repeat it.

Highlander, several times. A very nice chap.
Shep532 A rare knowledgeable DCPC course provider.
A very pleasant young lady at Poplar 2000 services, Lymm, quite some years ago whilst I was driving for P&O Ferrymasters, who I told about Trucknet and she joined.
A member who very kindly gave me a lift from Forton Sevices to the Glasgow area, many years ago when I was going to pick up the Audi I’d bought off my mate who had emigrated to the Philippines.
Hang my head in shame that I cannot remember either of the above 2 user names.
Ran out of time on a Saturday night just 30 mins away from the annual TN bash at Cannock a few years back, or It would have been a lot more.
I’ve only met Harry Monk. I would also like to meet Toby and have a conversation over a mug of tea.
I’ve met Neville in his old office a few times…
My brother, that’s it.
I have spoken to R Slicker and Diesel Dave.
Both have helped me out, but it was over the phone or on email.

■■■■, I was going to say that. Hey Bro, you’ve met Mr Vain too, as have I, but it was probably before Trucknet existed, and I have met him since. We did use to run from his old employer now and again, when we couldnt avoid it or the ice cream ran out
Met Sixaxles once at Felixstowe, and Switchlogic in Tesco but both only breifly.
No body that I know of…
I remember I bought Spanky a drink once at TNUK charity do! He never repaid the favour funnily enough…

ahh well Stevie, there’s a reason for that, with you being a Scotsman and me being a Yorkshireman
you see, a Yorkshireman is like a Scotsman, but, with the generosity removed
