SHORTEN BROOK WAY M8…COMPANY CALLED WHATMORE

Meet boss at 0630 then load at Danzas/DHL Brum then tip in Crewe (Same company 2 drops next door to each other) Then ■■? until pickup at 1730 from JCB Uttoxeter. Wonder what the M6 will be like around Brum in the morning?

Hopefully the truck will get its new alternator tomorrow or Tuesday or else the batteries will be flat again.

Good luck to you people starting new jobs/training tomorrow. I was in that situation a year or so ago.

I suppose I had better get off the PC and get some kip for tomorrow :frowning:

All week running around Sussex, Surrey & Hampshire. A bit dull, but a good earner for the time of year. Not too happy going to Portsmouth then Brighton tomorrow if the wind gets up to the 90 mph gusts predicted (unless it’s behind me all the way — then I won’t need to tank up!)

I’m on a standby and shunting shift at the Royal Mail in Norwich. No idea what I’ll end up doing, but it’s a 12 hour shift at night rate…
I MAY get out on the road here and there, we shall see.

No Christian Salvesen’s this week :frowning:

Going to UCI Logistics at Castleford all week, 1730 start  £8.50 & time 1.5 after 8hrs. I haven’t been going to bed til like 4am over the weekend and getting up about noon so all revved up for nights again this week

Seem to remember that UCI run some old knackered MAN’s so hope I’m not going too far  We shall see.

Back to K.T’s at Guyhirn AGAIN tomorrow! Who Have I upset■■?
(don’t answer that!)
