Thursday-Sunday Aberdeen to reccy uni with youngest
start tuesday 630 3 day run with 12 drops in the eastern counties then friday load for monday scotland for the week 
Start 23.18 on mon night finish 07.00
Same all week see if can do more than 13ks in a shift
Then next week who knows as was supposed to be on lates this week but the tm decided otherwise
