It’s somewhere in mid-Wales Builth Wells/Newtown up in the hills sort of areas - can’t remember exactly where, but I have been through there a few times.

Looking at the crane boom in the picture, it would appear they were constructing a new bridge. Why? :wink:

It’s part of a project to bypass Newbridge and straighten the A470 down to Builth Road.
