I’m sure the likes of Lomas distribution and Simon Gibson bulk drivers Are on a lot more than £8:00 an hour and those Lads are on the Tramp all week with Nights out I see them delivering Lime to Collins Earthworks jobs , 1 at junction 16 M1 it’s gonna be a massive new Amazon warehouse and Collins have all the soil stabilisation work in most of those Amazon new Builds , any tank bucker lads in here want to chime In .

They’re on more than £8/hrs but only similar to what you get on any other job in that area. Lomas is a % job so thats why they tear about, not sure on Gibbo’s. Know Wincanton are currently looking for a bagged/tanker tramper out of Cauldon at £11.76 per hour on the Lafarge job. As for ADR, lime and cement don’t need ADR but some of Lomas’s backloads do.

I enjoyed the job when I was on it (not for any of the above mentioned firms btw) and would maybe go back in the future, but happy where I am atm on the walking floors

As you were…nothing to see here, had second thoughts

Did you let the cat out the bag and say where the money is?

It was more trying to stuff an elderly cat with a bad back that won’t stop meowing incessantly into a bag and sealed shut before throwing it in the sea

Weighted with rocks.

There is no big money for drivers in haulage. Too many weak spined fools who are frightened of not paying their mortgage have ruined it.

Keep driving for a tenner per hour folks…minimum wage on the horizon suckers :unamused:
