They dont stick out anymore now the rubbers on the arch have been put on, just on level and the front tints have been taken off as i didn’t like them, rest are still on and there fully legal. Done by a professional.
Loads and loads of people on theminiforum have them wheels and group 6 arches where they stick out a lil bit, and they seem to be fine i can’t imagine the police noticing that much anyway.
My 1977 Triumph 2500S, goes like the clappers and sounds good too!

My Astra 1.9 CDTi, chipped to 200bhp from 150bhp. Full heated leather, blue dash lights conversion, lowered on Eibach springs, colour coded grille and boot strip, VX griffin and Astra badges removed from boot and CDTi badge changed
and my push bike!
