Was in Stornoway a few years back and in town late afternoon on Sunday. I needed some fags and nowhere was open lol. No shops whatsoever, eventually asked a local, only place was a pub near the ferry terminal. Was getting genuinely worried.
Just reminded me of that 
Tesco on isle of Lewis started to open Sundays about Nov last year locals were in uproar about it
