What is the matter with some people

Mine did 300k on New Years day, I came in yesterday and every radio preset was tuned to a different station! Not the end of the World I agree, and probably not as annoying as the radio retuning driver putting his car windscreen wipers on and finding fifth wheel grease on the blades :smiling_imp: but still irkesome.

300,000 miles in 24 hours :open_mouth: is that possible?

selby newcomer:
I finished up before Christmas and went back to work today, bring in some new bits to tidy up the cab, go to put a new tin of air freshened in the machine and some ■■■■■■ has nicked the batteries out of it, how low do some people need to stoop, if it ain’t nailed down, some prick will take it.

rant over

I know we shouldn’t have to but expect everyone to be a thief and don’t leave anything you want to keep in the cab otherwise it goes walkies

lol, lol and lol

I’d take my maps out and leave them in Dads’ cab or another driver I trusted. At least once I’d return to a complaint of “where were your maps?” Sorry, I bought them, I’ll do what I like with them.

I’ve fallen for that one before, it means Kilometers.

When we’re sharing machines I click the radio across from my presets (Most have 2-3 sets for FM Mode) then when I jump back in just put it back. Luckily there’s only one other guy who uses it, although he managed to bash 3 mirrors in 2 weeks :open_mouth:

I thought km meant Kilometres? and k meant thousand?
