That’s £865 per week top line. Knock off about £100 night out money, and it’s £765.
40 hours at £10 p/h = £400
27 hours at £13.27 p/h = £365
Add on (presumably unpaid) breaks and you’re on 70+ hours a week, every week.
Assuming you’re not running in Sat morning and it’s Mon-fri and 4 nights out, that’s 14 hours duty time per day, every day.
The OTE salary is £173 for every 24 hour period. You’re getting £7.21 for every hour of your time during the week. That’s your worth.
