here redicilius situation.if VOSA give penalty for Uk drivers,they give just one time for each infrigiment.but if VOSA give penalty for foreigh drivers and give receipt ,after France ,Italy and another country transport inspection want give penalty,and if British drivers have infringement ,and was paid money for Vosa,if he will be stopped some where in Europe and show him paper from Vosa who ready was paid another country inpection will be watch for this paper same like to tualet paper.all Eu country must accept some new rules for penalty for internation drivers.and what Italy inspector can understand about traffic in Uk or VOSA can understand was traffic in Germany or not if drivers said .normal situation can be if drivers not keep correct break in some country ,penalty can be just from country where this happened.
Andrejs that is your best post ever.If Vosa fine for magnet use in the Uk the penalty is very low for a serious offence classed as fraud and forgery.In Europe it us 20,000 euros for the operator and 10,000 euros for the driver or jail.If a magnet needs to be used there is no point in being in the transport business.
