It’s a Joovuu X https://www.joovuu.com/gb/home/307-joovuu-x.html (use the suction mount, don’t think the sticky mount would work on a truck windscreen due to viewing angle)
It’s a relatively new cam, so they’re still ironing out some issues with it; I have two, one for work, one for the car and the sound in the car one is iffy, and there’s regular firmware updates…but for a cam that records 60fps at 1080p and has GPS it’s a bit of a bargain and the support via their forums is great.
I’m not affiliated with Joovuu in any way just decided to take the plunge with a relatively unknown cam.
