I dont need a torch 
as i eat plenty of carrots and can see in the dark
As i’m usually on nights I use a head torch, feel (probably look) a bit of a ■■■■ but it leaves my hands free. Also got an ADR torch.
my mate told me that if VOSA find you haven’t wound you’re legs up far enough they fine you £30 per wind?

So a Internet forum used by truckers and no-one can shed any light on this, its always us left in the dark on these stupid rules on if they exist or not.
Probably forgot their torch.
A driver got fined for not having a gas mask,for when the load is toxic,or for gasses,it was the German BAG,the officer argued the case that,how would the driver know that the next ADR load he/she collected may well be in the catergory, where by a mask will be required under ADR regs.As this part of kit is required in the kit,the last firm i was with insisted i did not need the mask as they never carry those types of loads.
Diesel dave may concur with me,and for the torch,it is required for ADR,the French ministry checked my torch,and have a mat that they lay out on the ground that must have all the kit needed for ADR,anything missing,you must pay.
