Well for those who read my thread recently regarding my first CPC course you will remember I was far from impressed. Today I’ve done my second one and instead of using my company funded course I opted for Peter Smythe Training and what a difference it was too.
From the start the atmosphere was excellent and the trainer Chris Ryan (not sure if he knows Andy Mcnab) was a breathe of fresh air after my initial experience, the guy was professional and approachable, you could tell that he wasn’t just there, he WANTED to be there.
He was very knowledgeable and there wasn’t a question he couldn’t answer and I have no doubt if he didn’t know then after the next break you would have got your answer.
Now I’m not suddenly saying I agree with the CPC but what I do think is, if it must be done then this is how it should be done.
