Now do we know he wasnt actually WANTING to end up stuck like that? Doesnt look like any places to park up and take a 45 so if he was risking an infringment it might have seemed like an easy way to get his tacho on break

Once again a case of going far too slow. With a decent bit of speed he’d have bounced that trailer up over and that small embankment.
